Victoria Fringe Festival

This 12-day celebration of live performance and art has been running successfully for 30 years. Taking place in August and September, this year the festival will feature comedy, drama, art, poetry, comedy, and dance shows by talented artists from around the world.

Moss Street Market

Victoria's longest running outdoor market is the perfect place to buy fresh food, handmade crafts and local products sold by over 90 vendors, artisans and farmers. This lively market is a great place to meet up with friends for lunch and enjoy live music.

Vikes Basketball Game

The Vikes athletics program is one of the best in Canada with teams in swimming, rugby, field hockey and more. Go to a fast-paced game of basketball to cheer on the Vikes and try classic American snacks such as soda, popcorn, hot-dogs, pretzels and nachos.

Craigdarroch Castle

Take a step back in time to 1890s with a visit to a beautiful Victorian mansion, built by a Scottish immigrant who made his fortune from coal. This lavish castle has 39 rooms decorated with Victorian furnishings and beautiful stained glass windows.
